Permutations according to my calculations:

1. Cork obviously need to beat Tipp.

2. If Waterford beat Clare then Tipp need to beat Clare to have them on 3 points.

3. If Clare beat Waterford then we need Limerick to beat Waterford.

4. If Clare and Waterford draw then we need Tipp to beat Clare.

Am I correct?
