Harnedy was corks best forward against limerick. First name down in the forwards for my money.
I sexpect we will see very little change from last year.Hopefully Cunningham, 2 Roches, 2 Downeys, Saunderson,Mullins, O’ Callaghan, Cotter and Hayes will get game time in the remaining league games, and get into reckoning for championship start. I suspect only a few of them will make the starting 15. ROF, Connolly and Dalton are all injury concerns
Disagree. Cork have quite a few promising forwards but v few are as rounded as Shamie - he can take scores, win puck-outs, works v hard to hassle opposition defenders and is physical enough to stand them up. That's not to say he should be starting every game come championship, but he's definitely in the conversation imo.Agree, but do you honestly think he will be?
Harnedy coming back into the conversation to start really shouldn’t be the case after 3 years of good young forwards coming through. Of all the old guns Seamie is definitely showing it in the legs
When is Cunningham available do you know?
To be honest, Lehane did well against Kilkenny, and Horgan was first to the ball in almost every situation. Harnedy has yet to make an appearance, but the old guard looks set to survive another year. Kingston is dangerous with the ball, has the speed to get away from defenders, and a goal getter. I think Pat Ryan will get the best out of these players. Robbie O’ Flynn , Connolly and Dalton may be injured, so we’re lucky Harnedy, Lehane, Kingston and Hoggy are still fit and ready. Team should be along lines of …Collins, Eoin Downey, Cahalane, SOD, TOM, CJ, MC, DF, TOC, Twomey/Dalton, Harnedy/ CL, Barrett, RF/Kingston, Connolly/Hoggy, Hayes.
No i don’tAgree, but do you honestly think he will be?
Seamie is slowing down but he was still one of our best fowards against Limerick, as was the other long servant Hoggy, if they are good enough they should still play regardless of their ageHarnedy coming back into the conversation to start really shouldn’t be the case after 3 years of good young forwards coming through. At least another 3-4 weeks I’d say but if I was him I wouldn’t be rushing back, he needs to look after his body, this crack of UCC playing him in 2 games in a week on heavy pitches when he was only recovering from a hammy has set him well back. Disgraceful carry on reallyWhen is Cunningham available do you know?
Yes. Waterford have 2 home games and will be first to qualify out of Munster if they win both. A repeat of Cork’s inconsistency of last Saturday and we’ll have a short summer hurling. The Waterford game in Walsh park is key . They will be out to probe a point after last year and if we don’t get a result we’re on the back foot straight away
No different to what Cork did to Robbie!!No i don’t

And that was equally as bad. Easy to say in hindsight but Robbie should not have played both gamesNo different to what Cork did to Robbie!!
I am inclined to agree re Hoggy but have we the replacement for him? Seamie inside maybeThink Seamie is nailed on, class operator and a warrior. Not sure id start both him and Hoggy though. I’d personally start hoggy on the bench and bring him on for 30 mins.
Ya Seamie an option or maybe Connolly??And that was equally as bad. Easy to say in hindsight but Robbie should not have played both games
