As all Taxi Drivers know the City Manager has made a mess of the City Regarding Parking Etc. But what s new with this Manager when not too long ago he tried to enforce a Park and Ride in the Mayfield Area. But he lost out on this. Personnally I dont think he know where Mayfield is like the following There was a lot of work going on down in the South Mall for years. The Banks,Solicitors,Property Sellers, Etc were complaining all the time and he decided to send over two Engineers to sort the problem out, Then he decided to go over himself and as he was going down the stairs he shouts at the Engineers hey lads by the way where is the South Mall Yours The Happy Cabby
