Any recommendation for sourcing custom merchandise online ?

A volunteer non-for-profit group I'm involved with are organising a big enough event later this year and the suggestion has been made to invest in some custom merchandise (with the group's logo) that we can sell to raise extra funds,

If people have experience of this sort of stuff I'd be delighted to hear from them, so I can pass on the info. It's been suggested places like alibaba or dhgate but I've never had any dealings with them.

There's Design-a-Tee on Castle Street. Friends have used them for orders of about 20 to 30 t-shirts, and they've been very happy. You can source your own t-shirts and they'll put the design on them for a fiver a go (last time I checked).
