I've been using forums with American people since the late 90s so I've been using a lot of American phrases since then.
And yes I use Douche quite a lot.
One of my favourite is "I handed his ass to him" which is exactly what I do with a lot of posters on here.

"I'll have a chicken chow mein, please."

Once in the 90s I had people from Tipperary asking me where they could get some takeaway.
I thought they were referring to grub, obviously.
Turned out they were looking for an offie.

Living my Best Life isn't really an Americanism is it? You'd always see it said by twats on the Irish Times articles online.
