Cork club football is gone to the dogs. No creativity and teams afraid to make mistakes more than going out and playing attacking fast footballEire Og are a perfect example of how disappointing this grade can be. A winner takes all game against your local rival and to put in that performance. Typical Kissane football.
Ah I don’t agree with that. Premier Senior is a bit of a graveyard but the big 3 play good football and there is lots of good football down the gradesCork club football is gone to the dogs. No creativity and teams afraid to make mistakes more than going out and playing attacking fast football
Did we finish top of our group and in 3rd place overall? If so the draw is a joke as 1st place Castlehaven have to play 3rd place Barrs (if we get through) while 2nd place Nemo twiddle their thumbs on the other side of the draw. Surely it should be Barrs v Nemo in the semi final (if we get through)Good performance from the lads today..really made up for the shit show v mallow..back in the mix big time
I'd have to agree to an extent, Eire Og gone way back and very hard to watch. Goulding back in his own half back line at this stage of his career is just nonsense for example.Eire Og are a perfect example of how disappointing this grade can be. Same draw in hurling, that's the way it always beenDid we finish top of our group and in 3rd place overall? Watched them twice on Rebels Online and they were muck both times. It’s no surprise both teams are where they are considering they play with fear, over coached and not knowing how to play outside of their system. How do these cowboy coaches convince players that this is the path to success I’ll never know.I'd have to agree to an extent, Eire Og gone way back and very hard to watch. Sorry id agree with you there, senior an and premier intermediate very exciting competitions. It just seems at senior teams come into a shell trying to see how can concede less rather than who can score more. There’s no spark and nearly rare to see a kick pass into your full forward line bar the big threeAh I don’t agree with that. Premier Senior is a bit of a graveyard but the big 3 play good football and there is lots of good football down the grades
