2024 Intermediate A Hurling Championship

Had a good season for Adelaide, played 17 games for them. A very decent return for him.

Has permission to play hurling for the rest of the season from what I've heard and has already had a transformational effect on Balligiblin, they'll be Lisgoolds closest challengers going forward but Lisgoold should still have enough for them.

Yeah I assume he will get to Christmas at least, the AFL starts in March, don't know when pre season starts

Lisgoold v Mayfield final for me. Ballygiblin are definitely not the closest challengers. They beat a depleted sars team compared to last year, I'd even have blackrock and midleton ahead of them

True, they do seem to be flying, winning the league and 3/3. Underage always seems to be providing a player for cork underage groups.

Was some tour de force. Ballygiblin have a few players now that could go some heavy shooting with O'Mahony back as well. Sars were poor though, looked dead and buried once goal went in before half-time.

I've a feeling Tadhg Deasy might feature for Blackrock seniors on Saturday so I think the Rockies will be slightly weakened. Ballygiblin showed well against Sars and Mark Keane is a big addition. I assume he will be centre back. Also, Diarmuid Cormack kept James Keating of Kildorrery quiet the last day and I see him picking up Darragh Flynn and living in his ear for the hour.

Erins Own looked to be the form team after Round 2 but their mask slipped a little v Bandon and may upset their momentum. If they perform, they should have enough hurling for Mayfield but Mayfield finished their group strongly. Hard to call.

Hard to call the relegation final too. Cloughduv lost the final 2 years ago and seemingly have suffered since. Aghada were a decent Premier Intermediate team a couple of years ago but seem to be in a freefall. It will be a big setback to whoever gets relegated here.
