Glanworth 1-7 Ballinora 0-6

That was an hour of my life I’ll never get back, 2 very poor teams who I would expect will have very little involvement later in this championship looking at that.

Ballinora had chances to be clear at half time but repeatedly wasted them and almost seemed afraid to attack as Glanworth had almost 2 lads operating as sweepers, Glanworth I can’t even remember scoring from play to be honest.

Mitchelstown essentially have the group won already.

Gabriels much better team in the first half,had 6 or 7 poor wides in the opening 20 mins,level at half time 1 03 a piece,Kildorrery much better in the second half and should have probably scored a goal or 2 but Gabriels hung on to win by 4 getting a late goal to secure their win,lively game through out Kildorrery will be disappointed not to level it with time nearly up,draw would have been a fair result but Gabriels will take the win all day.

Yeah I missed the first 10 minutes as I was at Glanworth ballinora . But from what I saw of it they were 2 pretty well matched teams Kildorrery blew a simple chance to equalise when the Corner forward had all the time in the world to carry the ball in further but kicked a shocking bad wide . Gabriel's seem to win alot of kickouts and that was the launch pad for them .late late goal flattered rangers a bit . It was far better game than what I saw between ballinora and Glanworth dreadful stuff
