Standard of the Cloyne/Newcestown game was shocking bad. Cloyne are junior standard. Newcestown more athletic but poor hurlingwise.

O'Neills, Charleville, Kanturk should be brought up to senior and the rest regraded to intermediate along with the 'Barrs, Carrigtwohill and Ballyhea.
