Ballygarvan have had a few good minor/u21 teams recently.. would be thinking they’d have enough for Milford 3 of those teams were in the same group last year and the same the year before
And when both Argideen and Barryroe players in the u21 grade had to play a championship match at 9.30am on a Sunday because a Newcestown man had to present medals the same day but luckily the Carbery chairperson was of the same club......
1000%
A club like Kilmeen/Kilbree will have to play 2 group games in the space of 5 days. How is that fair on the players from said club when they would have been training all year?? Carbery board isn’t fit for purpose
Following the county board schedule is the only way yesterday’s losing...
Well said boom boom. Thought Argideen would shade it but got beat by the better team on the day no doubt. That being said with Paudie Kissane training them you would think they’d at least come out and try play football. Some great young players who’ve played premier all the way up being trained...
Clou
Cloudghuv ground it out in the end. Take a lot of beating on this showing… fully expect Sars to come through on the other side heard they were down in Causeway 2 weeks ago.. Either way final should be a cracker
Very unfair on players of Argideen to be out again in 3 days but here in lies the issue with the new format if teams want to be successful on both fronts…
Still don’t think they’d have enough for RR as both teams prep is similar however not fair regarding the following Tuesday night.
Urhan should have been put in to another divisions championship this year ie carbery and 2 finalists go up
A joke how they are sent up through geography
