Kilkenny were awful. They kept passing 20 yard’s into the centre to one of their players facing the wrong way. Limerick gobbled them up. Really looking forward to the championship. Rebels Abu.

Tough all Ireland this year. Limerick definite winners, with rest playing for runner up spots. Lucky we have rugby World Cup starting soon

You’re right. Some people love to build the team up and when we’re beaten by a better team blame the manager, the board, the referee, the pitch, the bus driver, the lad who made the pre match meal and anyone else they can think of.

I don't know for sure, I was told last week by a reliable source Cork were to play Dublin in a challenge on Bank Holiday Monday, no venue given but told the game was to be played somewhere up the country. Maybe it was brought forward and played in the Pairc on Sunday evening.

For years Limerick always had good hurlers but never had the stick work of cork, That has changed completely now,
This Limerick team still have the steel and agression but also now are better than the rest skillwise and touch,
