As people that are all going to die in the near future, I do think we take things a bit seriously. St Patrick's day is a bit of a change from the mundane.

I enjoyed my day and will enjoy tomorrow too, meeting friends i haven't for a while etc.

Same with lads giving out about people taking a few days off work for Cheltenham. Same guys would be replaced in a day if they died on the way to work. Life is very short to be getting into pedantic complaints.
