Emazole (cheaper than nexium) and acidex (same as gaviscon but much MUCH cheaper) usually put me right. Take the emazole in the morning then if I feel a bit off say after lunch I'll take a couple of spoons of the acidex. Don't take the acidex for at least 3 hours or so after the emazole. It interferes with effectiveness of it.

If you get cramp like pain, take buscopan, does a great job at relieving it

Also nexium/generic brand.

Take it from me, I’ve got stomach issues and on meds for it daily.
