Impossible to tell with the information given. If the school made a procedural error in the suspension then possibly, but he has shot himself in the foot majorly with his behaviour since. Even if the suspension was unlawful, that doesn't give him the right to ignore a court order.

Tell what m8s, now that the dust has settled, if aul Enoch knows what's best for him, he'll play the martyr card and stay in the big house for as long as possible. Maybe he can throw in a hunger strike for good measure. Once he's out, chat shows, paper interviews, book deals, the world really will be his lobster.

I reckon Enoch and the fam might have a few cards up their sleeves yet. They may be a bit out there but they're not stupid.

Wouldn't surprise me to see EnochY come out of this on the winning side.
