Yes, The world has certainly changed, How many here will admit to checking their social media
first thing every morning? I will hold my hand up,

I dont suffer from Social Media Jimmy so no urge to check, but definitely need to do a better job of not checking my work mails on my phone in the evenings. There is no need most of the time, just a habit
