I reckon they are favourites to get relegated

What is your reasoning for that? Considering they’ve broken their relegation habits over the last 2 years finishing third twice in the group.

Wouldn’t think they are favourites for relegation, that title belongs to Kildorrery.

Would also think considering them dark horses to win is a bit far fetched also.

Getting out of their group and into a quarter final would be huge for Adrigole.

Wouldn’t look too closely into Kilshannig result, they were already through to knockout stages, missing their best player Killian O’Hanlon, and was Eanna injured for that game also? Clutching at straws if you’re judging Adrigoles chances by how Kilshannig got on against other teams (Millstreet a poor side this year).

If you’re looking at it that way, Aghabullogue beat Mitchelstown by 5 points, Mitchelstown beat Glanmire by 11 points and Glanmire beat Aghabulloge by 5.

Adrigole are improving definitely, but have a long way to go before being in contention for this title.

Very fair points to be fair. Seem to be on the up though. Hopefully local Duhallow rivalries between Boherbui Millstreet Ballydesmond and Dromtariffe will cause possible upsets and tight games giving an edge to the championship.

'In IAFC, the losing finalist from the previous year, the team relegated from the grade above and the losing semi-finalists will be designated as A seeds. The remaining four teams to emerge from the groups are B seeds, with the rest C/D seeds.'

The way the county board have worded it in that big long 2022 club championship document that they sent out, it seems that C & D seeds will be mixed.
So any 2 out of Glanmire, Adrigole, Barrs, Gabriel Rangers, Boherbue, Kildorrery, Ballinora and Glenville could end up in the same group.

Boher just won Junior county? You’d think millstreet would be performing better. Half of their team have Cork experience for example, Crowley, Hickey, Cashman,Ellis,Vaughan.

I would say Kilshannig are favourites to win this championship next year as long as they can keep relatively injury free.

I think he’s just looking for a reaction Skinslad 3 of those teams won junior counties in the last 7 years, what more does a team have to do to deserve to be intermediate
