Try Cuthbert's soda, stays fresh for 3/4 days and no awful salty taste. They go a bit mad with the soda in some places, I've made brown bread, it's supposed to be a balanced flavour.

Miso Sourdough from the communists in the Coal Quay market on Saturday morning. Bread & Roses they are called. Delicious.
Had a sourdough from Wildflour from the bakery Inishannon once and it was superb too.

How long is the queue? There's a place in Dublin like that, once a week or so I'll do it for a seeded sourdough. Maybe 10 mins or so, gives me some time to stare into the distance and contemplate my place in the universe / man's inhumanity to man.

Bread 41? Very good bread. During the first lockdown the queues were halfway down Pearse st.
