Ok, so I liked the Cuthberts and O'Keefes but dan was right, they go dry quite fast. I discovered Thompsons in Dunnes, serious bread goys.
Then I discovered Johnston Moony and O'Brien brown bread and it is superb. I feel that the former don't use additives so you'd be like running to the shop constantly to upgrade your bread stash. (Ain't nobody got time for dat!!)
So a couple of people mentioned Pat the Baker, it's not bad but stays fresh for a surprisingly long time. I also discovered Kerrygold spreadable so you're talking nice fresh toast with real butter. Don't try this at home folks if you have high cholesterol. I'm adding a poll now, if I can work it out.
