The EU needs to have a grown up talk about what gets sent to Brussels to deal with and what remains a national competence.

And now's the time while the eurosceptics are down after Brexit.

This half way house is the worst of both worlds. Time to shit or get off the pot
 
Just the remedy, lets appoint someone to head up a new division on €650k per year with a team of 10 advisors on €250k each..... or just have a Denis O'Brien company manage it!
