The Fynches are an Irish folk-rock band led by brothers Ferdia and Oisín Walsh-Peelo, blending early-70s swagger with rich vocal harmonies, soulful keys, evocative lyricism and soaring strings. Completing the line-up are Cian O’Sullivan (drums), Fionn O’Neill (bass) and Julianne Quirke (cello).Raised in a musical family in County Wicklow, Ferdia and Oisín have spent the past decade developing their songwriting partnership, built around interlocking harmonies and a shared love of experimentation. Their self-titled debut album was released in October 2025, followed by extensive Irish, UK and European touring.
