19-year-old singer-songwriter Sienna Spiro’s soulful voice and raw lyricism have quickly earned her over 2 million monthly listeners and widespread acclaim; she first went viral at 16 with a TikTok cover of Finneas’ ‘Break My Heart Again’, and has since released her debut single ‘Need Me’ and her first EP, Sink Now, Swim Later.
