A restorative morning of facial acupuncture and immersive sound therapy with Hayley Power Wellness, followed by a relaxed autumn brunch over
Close out October with a morning dedicated to slowing down, switching off and making a little time for yourself.
Join Hayley Power Wellness at The Montenotte for an intimate wellness experience combining Facial Acupuncture and an immersive Sound Bath, followed by a relaxed brunch overlooking Cork City.
Your morning begins in The Gallery Suite, where Hayley will guide you through a deeply restorative one-hour session. Facial acupuncture uses fine acupuncture needles to stimulate the skin, support circulation and encourage natural rejuvenation, while the calming vibrations of the sound bath help quieten the mind and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation.
Designed as a moment to reset and recharge, the experience brings together skin wellness, mindfulness and rest in the peaceful surroundings of The Montenotte.
Following the session, make your way to Panorama for a leisurely brunch accompanied by beautiful views across Cork City.
