Featuring timeless indie classics such as ‘Colours’, ‘Indian Ocean’, ‘How Can I Exist?’ and ‘Tony Cochrane’, The Frank & Walters seminal album Grand Parade is set to enjoy its first release on vinyl, supported by a tour celebrating the album’s 30th year.
Grand Parade was the follow-up to their debut, Trains, Boats and Planes, which saw the band gate crash the UK charts with tracks like ‘After All’ and cement their place as one of Ireland’s most popular and influential bands.
Continuously releasing music over the years, a new Franks’ renaissance began with the release of ‘Indie Love Song’ in 2012 and the band’s subsequent album, Greenwich Mean Time. Remaining firm favourites on the UK and European touring and festival scene, The Frank & Walters released their seventh album Songs for the Walking Wounded four years later, featuring a collaboration with now-Oscar winning actor, Cillian Murphy, on the poignant single, ‘Stages’.
