Participants will explore embroidery as a creative and mindful alternative to digital distraction. Using techniques such as French knots, attendees will create unique textile artworks while engaging in a relaxing and reflective making process. The perfect, productive, calming antidote to doomscrolling. Instead of picking up your phone, pick up a needle and thread, and spend your time doom-embroidering (or doom knotting). All materials will be provided.
