Once again the CoCo Comedy Club has gone to the ends of the earth to bring the freshest and funniest comedians to our intimate venue. This time we have broken all the rules and gone above and beyond to bring you Irelands most in demand comedians... but who is it?
This weekend at The CoCo Club we are mixing it up a little once again to keep everyone on their toes. We have been onto the big guns to make sure that our standards do not drop and now we have only gone and booked one of Irelands most exciting and in demand acts. Who is it? Yeah like we are gonna tell you now... Here is what we can say...
Hosting on the night is award winning resident comedian Daniel Lukas so you are in very safe capable and funny hands from the get go. Daniel Lukas bring his hilarious rants and acerbic wit to the role of MC and there is a good chance if you've been
to a comedy show in Cork you've seen him do his thang. He is always in top form and a real CoCo favourite.
We have three super talented exciting new comedians on our bill all doing quick fire short sets. So before we are half way through the gig you've experienced four (including 'Daniel Lukas') really funny and completely different acts.
The back end of our show though....well that's where the real value emerges in this exciting event. We are absolutely thrilled beyond belief to welcome our super secret headliner. Honestly your face will be actually sore from laughing. If I were you I'd book a doctors appointment in advance as this act is soooooo funny and there is a good chance your sides will split. This performer has played everywhere from Vicar street to sold out shows at the Edinburgh comedy festival. We are blessed to have him/her with us this weekend.
A word to the wise... Our Saturday shows are limited capacity. We pride ourselves on creating a beautiful space where artists can come and vibe on stage.... because of this the shows sell out very quickly. So buy now. You will be delighted you did!
The CoCo Comedy Club was established in 2010 by three comedians looking for stage time to hone their craft. It soon grew into a popular underground club that welcomed and encouraged the very new and emerging comedic talent that was bubbling just under the surface. Comedians Like Laura O' Mahony, Bernard Casey and Tadhg Hickey are just a few names to have cut their teeth in the club and who have now gone on to be household names. Have you been yourself?
