Enable Ireland and Circus Factory Cork co-created A Circus of Selves, to support adults with disabilities to explore identity, expression, and wellbeing through physical theatre. Workshops are taking place now to empower participants to tell their own stories through creative engagement.The event will feature a walk-through experience to showcase the project in its entirety.Visitors will explore the creative process of the participants. Identity Corners, Story Stations and Playful Interaction Areas will help the visitor learn about creating a narrative of self, using costume and props to explore identity within disability. Participants will showcase their work through a documentary and a display of costumes they created. Photos and written information will communicate the vision behind the project which aims to foster greater visibility of adults with disabilities as creatives.The exhibition hopes to deepens understanding of participants’ experiences, and strengthens partnerships between Enable Ireland, local creative organisations and the wider community.The event culminates in a sharing circle – a relaxed, optional moment where participants can share what they enjoyed from the workshops.There will be a joyful catwalk around the room with
