NCT Lads Not Taking ‘Tip’ Left On Handbrake

Cork feen Graham Murphy said he is ‘absolutely gutted’ after his car failed its NCT despite leaving a cash ‘tip’ on the handbrake.

Knowing the vehicle had serious brake defects likely to result in failure and his own death, Murphy, 43, from Drisheen-On-Sea had carefully sprawled a fifty euro note across the handbrake when he handed the car over at the Little Island test centre.

“I dunno what this country is coming to, you can’t even bribe someone anymore. I’ll have to go and fiddle the brakes now to see if I can sneak it through the re-test. That’s some load’a hassle, like. This woke thing has gone way too far.”
