It would be so easy to achieve IF the will was there.
The government told us for years they couldn't solve the housing crisis overnight.
Since 2022 they've housed nearly 200,000 Ukrainians.
Why? Because the will was there to do it.
They've absolutely broken the housing market.
Homelessness was virtually non existent in 2010.
