Sinn Fein are not a Normal Political Party

I don't vote Meri, just calling it like most people not commited to a party would. It was a hatchet job for when the begging bowl next needs topping up.
Btw, if I did decide to vote it would be for a socialist party and not for the absolute morons we have in power today. That lot are just puppets on a string to its European masters.
We can all bitch and moan about European Masters but if you don't vote for MEP's , then what do you expect ?

There is give and take being an EU member, personally I am delighted we are part of the EU, because it has changed this country dramatically.

Look across the water and watch the reality of Brexit, its like a slow puncture and the tyre has not been fully deflated yet.

The E.U. is now somehow involved in the delivery of new homes to rent or buy?

If that was the case then Govt. Ministers etc would simply be blaming the E.U. as a nice "Get out of jail card"
Rising interests rates and high inflation has Europe fucked and you well know this. The Eurozone is facing recession and our house prices and rents are top of the pile already.
It's only the upper echelons of the business world are creaming profit and its off your back.
You may think you're cruising it but wait until it all topples over.

Up the revolution.

Great news.
During the pandemic a doctor could diagnose most illnesses over the phone. If a chemist is handing out prescriptions for lesser illnesses it might erode the two to three week waiting list to see a doctor now.

I'm getting into it now Jim, only took me 62 years.

In todays Letters to the Editor on the Irish Independent:

I would like to congratulate Frank Coughlan on his excellent synopsis of the political elements all around us, threatening democracy, both here and worldwide (‘Our democracy is being undermined by corrosive politics’, Irish Independent, March 26).
One of those was so blatant, when Sinn Féin’s Matt Carthy self-righteously stood outside Leinster House, trying to convince us that the selection of a taoiseach requires a general election.
There was no one there to remind him that Mary Lou McDonald, who thinks she should be taoiseach, was selected to lead by the Sinn Féin council, mainly in the Northern Ireland Assembly

( note Selected , not elected )
