New Year Eve Dinner Menu

So, tonight we're going to try

1) Thai apple and prawn salad (sounds light and refreshing - never done it before but..)
2) Irish fillet of beef served with roasted shallots and mushrooms and gratin of potato, carrot and parsnip.
3) Slice o' chocolate cake

Washed down with Chateau Talbot 2004 and a Marques de Griñón 2004.

An ould bottle of Champagne as well probably.
