The Dingivan family can put anything they want on the headstone. Can her surname be posthumously changed back to her Maiden name?
It seems wrong for a woman murdered by her husband to be laid to rest bearing his surname

Jesus the couple of mentions of renovations are eerie. You'd wonder if it was planned all along while he was renovating or even if the move was planned in line with it.Just looking back at some old interviews, he was a fairly accomplished liar and brazen as fuck.
Here he gives a tour of his house to a journalist and photographer.
Exclusive: 'I bought her everything she ever wanted' – Husband of missing woman (45) gives intimate tour of their home
THE husband of a woman missing from her home in Co Cork for the past 16 weeks has confirmed he was treated as a suspect by gardai but insists that he has "nothing to hide".www.independent.ie
So he pleaded guilty
Richard Satchwell charged with murder of his wife Tina
THE husband of Tina Satchwell (45), the woman at the centre of a major Garda missing person investigation for six years, was today charged with her murder.m.independent.ie
It became a murder investigation during the week, they found the remains and at the weekend they have the suspect in court, where he pleads guilty.
Farcical is it ?
And with regard to him being escorted by 7 detectives, that is for his own protection as well in case some local loons up there decided to have a go at him
You know how the liberals have more or less tied Gardai's hands behind their backs, well that is more the reason why this went on for so long.Yes, completely farcical. I've been reading over this thread, there are 1600 posts and like 2 of them are "I don't think he did it". The cops didn't check the car properly, they obviously didn't check the house, it took them 6 years to think of comparing a couple of photos, while Happy Al and Smaug were making joking comments about how parts of the house looked freshly painted 5 years ago.
I don't know how anybody could defend the Gardaí's record on this.

Up until last week, this was a " missing person's case ", I bet you every Garda who were part of this over the years, always knew he was guilty.
The issue is getting that evidence to make it a murder investigation.
They eventually managed that and successfully got him in the end.
It would be fairly crap now if they were still in the process of searching the house now and still dis not find anything.
If they could get search warrants to go digging up half the woods in East Cork, they could have got one for her last known location.
Hopefully there will be some sort of an internal review and better processes will be put in place.
So Garda logic isI dont think it works like that.
They couldn’t perform an extensive search for a body in his house because they had no evidence of her being murdered.
The dig up in the woods was on the basis of a tip off of potentially there being bones found, which there was. Just not Tina Satchwell.
It is as I said earlier, Liberal rules which fuck up what Garda can and cannot do.So Garda logic is
"We have no evidence of a body, so we can't go lookin for evidence of a body."
