Problem is most parents don't have access to tazers.

Had it been me in that situation then I'd have taken the phone off the child - using whatever physical force was required and I'd have locked it.

Presumably as she's under 18 anyway the phone companywould have been dealing through the parents. Get the account suspended and password the wifi router in the house.

I don't really think it's enough to take the phone off a child, you should take time before introducing your children to the net, then phones/tablets, etc at a reasonable age, you need to explain the dangers, etc, all that.

Throwing a toddler in front of an iPad is shitty parenting, you'll see a lot of embarrassing shit on the net when the current generation grow up.
