Not really, no. There was a bit of short passing, but if anything Clare were more inclined to run it. Cork were often v direct, especially with the breeze in the first half. Clare had better first touch and handling, and got a lot more out of their inside forwards - they took their goal chances well, Cork had a good chance at the start of the second half and a couple of half-chances in the first, fluffed them. They looked a better-coached team as well - ran up a decent score and left more behind them.I suppose usual type of endless 20-30 yard stick passing back and across the field with little physicality or directness in play? Rebel Og are a disaster in the type of hurler and hurling being selected and adopted.
