Just a bit which is why people do not even attempt is as they could be forced to demolish whatever they built as there was a case in the paper last week ording a family to demolish their home that did not have planning.

Ya I saw that, to be fair I'd be annoyed too. they got pre-planning approval before they bought the site, then submitted their planning application for a bungalow only to get refused. The couple built a house 3 or 4 times as big as originally planned without permission, as a big fuck you to the local authority.

The development is perceived as been driven solely by profit, and no concerns given to the migrants and the community itself. Maybe the migrants will be evaluated and one of them is a doctor
