Next Saturday will tell nothing about the Cork v Limerick Championship match. It ll take a win in the round Robin before Cork can regain their dignity in that rivalry. Currently they are a bit off but iv seen enough already to feel like they are going in the right direction. Lads Will O Donoghue and Kyle Hayes are generational players. Iv watched WOD over the years and he's improved out and out but he had the physical attributes to play any game. He's fast and a hulk of a man and passes brilliantly. Hayes is on another level again. Neither are stick men and both have something Cork don't have at the moment.. Raw unfiltered aggression. Hayes would decapitate a fella if he needed to. You either have that or you don't. Like a poster said Cork have to be true to the red Jersey and there's more than one way to skin a cat. Skill and speed will get you so far but do need a WOD type ...If there was a young Bill Cooper..that would be enough in my opinion. Ben O Connor is very young but he has that aggression and so does Dalton but Dalton has no wheels so has to be full forward. Limerick aren't over rated. They are actually still under rated . They are a phenomenal side..not a silky Tipp or Cork type or a technically Unreal Kilkenny . They are true to themselves and Limerick hurling. When the game is in the melting pot or they need their best game in An All Ireland Final it must be a pleasure to Kiely to look at the calibre of man he has sitting in that dressing room. From goalie out...some men
