The attached gives a good overview of the difference in regulation between dietitians and nutritionists in Ireland.

She only sees kids afaik, but she is really good. My daughter had food allergies as a toddler and she really helped us to navigate them.

I don't know why you want to talk to a nutritionist, but as others have said a dietician would be what you want. Dieticians being the regulated profession.

The last time I was in my GPs office there were posters up saying if you have any number of issues (fairly broad range of them) to talk to your GP about seeing one.
