The Official Man Utd Thread - Part 3.

Looks like something planned for the Liv game on 22nd. EmptyOldTrafford trending on sm. Would need the season ticket holders to get practically 100% with it though. The day-trippers from Tokyo, Tallaght, etc are not going to give up their ticket to what may be a once a season or even once in a...

    The next Government

"Pending the outcome of a study of security of energy supplies which is due by end of next month" FFS - there is no security of energy supplies this coming winter. Accept it and plan for it now.

Have things changed re season tickets -noone asking fans to give up their season ticket. Some of these tickets have been in the family for generations but surely allowed to just not attend one match and leave the seats empty. If enough fans did this for high profile game e.g. Liverpool on Monday...

    Transfer Window Thread

True - with possible exception of Costa, they've never really had anyone come close to Drogba and Costa headed off in acrimony after three years there.

The Official Liverpool Thread - Part 2

Looks like he could be out for extended spell. Superb player but as with Keita, you can't rely on him to be match fit. Elliot excellent when he came on but at 19, he too can't be expected to play week in, week out. Jones out as well for 3-4 weeks.

The Official Man Utd Thread - Part 3.

Uncertainty well summed up there. Not sure if he is a lad that will respond well to ETH, who is not one to indulge the whims and ego of modern prima donna footballers. Has all the signs of LFC taking a punt on Ballotelli on the off-chance that if it worked out, it would be a master...

Sinn Fein are not a Normal Political Party ??

Investor-landlords issuer aside, think people renting property always knew that a tax bill came with being in the rental market game. It's not the tax so much as the red tape and hassle with renting these days. Dealing with RTB just sucks the life out of you and is time consuming. Landlords now...

Russia's unjustifiable war of aggression in Ukraine

I'd say the Green lad O' Gorman who made the request thought the GAA was wrapped up for the year after the AI finals. He doesn't strike me as a lad that would be heading out on a Tuesday night hoping to get 20 minutes on the pitch with the local Junior B team!!

The Official Man Utd Thread - Part 3.

Looks like Christy may get early opportunity to open his account this season. Opening day brace from a not fully match fit CR7 would certainly give new manager something to think about!!

    Sabina Higgins

In a statement yesterday evening, Higgins clarified that she had “strongly condemned the illegal Russian invasion of Ukraine from the outset". Where did she do this? - another letter to the Irish Times or did she put something up on the Áras website at the time of the invasion or earlier in...

    City centre traffic changes,

Is Seanie allowed drive down Pana now? Thought that was (in theory) closed to all traffic except buses, taxis and delivery vehicles.

    pj coogan show

Think that was Jimmy's point - if it was a FF/FG politician that came out with this "hard luck" story, Peej would be all over it like a rash, inviting listeners to ring in to vent their spleen about well paid politicians, with their long holidays, complaining that they don't have enough!! Tommy...

The Official PROC Restaurant review thread.

Personal preference innit!! Rib eyes more flavour, fillet for tenderness. Rarely order steak at a restaurant. Buy a decent heavy pan and get decent cut at local butcher's and you can do great steak at home for fraction of the price. Nothing to it.
