I don't think anyone spending 800k on a house will be jumping on the 205.They're classic suburbia.
Not where I'd want to live now either but a great spot, well served with busses too, the 205 and 208 less than 5 mins walk away

Fully agree. Sadly, as the lines of SUVs outside pres every afternoon help to show, many of those with cash in Cork tend not to appreciate that.From experience, it's much less hassle than trying to drive and park in the centre of town from there.
