Spanish - 2 lessons down and i think i'm out of my depth already. Genders with no set rules is getting to me but I think i can learn as I go with this one!

Spanish genders are generally regular with some notable exceptions i.e. "el agua". It's a difficult language at advanced levels though!

Seeing as Spanish personal hygiene is one of the worst in Europe, (only 61% of Spaniards wash their hands after using the toilet) how do you say to a waiter “I hope you washed your hands?” in Spanish. Alternatively how do you say “I started projectile vomiting just after I left the restaurant,” to a doctor?
