Wi-Fi Extenders

I want to increase my Wi-Fi range upstairs using a Wi-Fi extender.

I am using TP Link home plugs from eir, that have extended the range through the wiring network for some devices, but I would like to know what is the best Wi-Fi extender anyone has used to a good effect.

Depends on the money you want to spend. Tp do a home plug in wireless unit that has three enternet ports aswell for about 150 in maplin.

Just run a cat6 upstairs, get another modem stick it in bridge mode.

A few of the lads got those extenders and their leccy bills went through the roof.

Got the above recently and it has solved my Wi-Fi issue, it just seemed to be confined to one room upstairs, but not anymore.
