They form a song-and-dance team, Wallace & Davis, and team up with a sister act before travelling to Vermont, where they discover their former commanding general is struggling to keep his inn open due to lack of snow stifling the business. To help, they stage a festive musical show to draw guests and honour the general. The film features iconic songs by Irving Berlin, including the beloved title song, “White Christmas”.
