Hannah Hatha Yoga presents Soul Yoga at Sea Church Hannah has been practising yoga for almost 10 years. She came back to Ireland last Christmas and have been teaching Hatha yoga in Zen space Midleton and Cloyne gym. Before this she had been travelling for four years. Hannah spent 2 years living in Asia, practising Hatha, Aerial, Ashtanga and yin yoga. Another 2 years travelling and expanding my knowledge of Yoga, mindfulness and meditation in New Zealand and Australia. Hannah did her teacher training in Kerala, South India. She continued on her yoga journey in India for another 3months after the course, focusing mainly on Hatha Yoga.
Price includes the yoga class, a verrine of natural yoghurt, home-made granola, fresh berries, honey and a coffee or tea.
