Hailing from Belfast, Sacred Noose combines elements of black, death and war metal amongst other genres to create oppressive, highly dissonant atmospheres. Lyrically, Sacred Noose deals with the concept of death as a sacramental 'release' from life. The band are renowned for their intense live sound.
Joining them is atmospheric black metal band, Their Last Stop, fuzzy sludge Nihlist, Skellig, and post metal three piece Gunnera.
