Our Morning Reset will help release tension, quiet the mind and nourish your nervous system.
Join us at the Well Institute in Kinsale, an 18th century building steeped in character, where we will start with breathwork and a flow & restore yoga practice, followed by a tea ceremony. Our morning will conclude with an immersive sound bath complimented with Reiki healing.
