Mossie The Band is a traditional funk band originating from Cork city.
Taking inspiration from the roots attributed to funk music of the late sixties and early seventies. Mossie explores the musical avenues of artists such as James Brown, Grant Green, and Donald Byrd. Look forward to hearing the sounds and rhythms of soul, jazz, and R’n’B delivered by a tight rhythm section whilst driven by organs, electric piano, guitars, and more. Mossie always delivers and supplies all your funky needs.

This is an open Jam session subject to the house bands discretion. Free entry and all players welcome. If you want to play please arrive early.
