Whether it’s simply addiction to a smartphone or some other unhelpful habit we feel is undermining our peace of mind, happiness and well being, discover the power of meditation and improving our mindfulness, to enable us all to become free of it, and live a life beyond craving, distraction and addiction.
In this meditation half-day course, we will explore where our craving, distraction and addiction tendencies come from. We will learn meditations and practical insights – that Buddha taught – to enable us all to experience the freedom and joy that comes from learning how to recognise, reduce and finally abandon these painful habits of mind. We will also, learn specific practices to connect to, cultivate and maintain our own inner source of peace and happiness. In this way we can learn how to free ourselves from craving, addiction and seeking endless distractions outside ourselves. Instead, we will find a new
found confidence, contentment and happiness that we can bring to all areas of our life.
