A solo exhibition by artist, Jo Ashby, will run in the Boiler Room at the Blue House Gallery in Main St, Schull from 13th-25th May 2022.

'Meanderings' is a selection of work by Jo, inspired by her love of river walks over the past year. The paintings are mainly based around the Glengariff Woods Reserve and along the Ouvane river near Kealkill in West Cork.

Jo’s meanderings along these river walks have culminated in a new body of acrylic works that will transport viewers to West Cork places of outstanding natural beauty and calm.

‘Meanderings’ opens officially is on Friday 13th May from 5-8pm and is running concurrently with ‘The Drawn Line’, an exhibition at the Blue House Gallery of works by Brian Lalor, Ian Humphries, Deirdre Buckley Cairns and Johanna Connor, and another exhibition featuring works by Markus Jungmann and Jane Jermyn.
