Created in winter 2024 by Tanya Olivia Adamson aka "Luna", Let it out is a collective of artists and performers of all genres who practice and display their art as a natural therapy for inner healing to break free and uncover their true voice and expression, to gain the confidence to share their growth through art. This platform inspires audiences to connect to their own unique creative outlet and gives them a space to navigate the full spectrum of emotions and how they deal with their present circumstances, and the ebbs and flows and curiosities of life and society in a safe, respected and sacred space of sharing.
The evening usually starts with selected artists opening up about their experiences through song/dance and poetry, sometimes with a display of visual art, the floor is then opened up to anyone from the audience to express their healing art.
This creative platform hopes to reach as many people as possible for personal transformation and community building. Every time you give your art(soul) a voice you change the world in meaningful ways.
