Leevy is a five-piece punk-folk band from the Múscraí Gaeltacht in West Cork, Ireland. The band is led by singer songwriter Amhlaoibh McSweeney.
Support on the night is from Maicín and Bonya.
Maicín consists of Aidan Kelleher, Darragh McNamara, and the chronically anxious Front Man Matt (Hurley). Hurley's songs are both irreverent and deeply personal ranging from helpless romanticism to the shtick on a nice pint of Guinness. This is the closest thing to purpose the band has felt in their sheltered lives.
