Following their win at UCC’s Battle of Bands Competition, Kane’s Basement return for a headline show at Cyprus Avenue. They have been performing extensively around Cork for the past few months, having played their first gig in November 2022. With the release of their two singles “Afterparty” and “Rosalind’s Song”, the group have grown a strong following in their native city.
Musically, they’re about as tight as a duck’s arse, combining strong funk grooves with harmonic vocal hooks. This event promises to be their biggest and best yet, with special guests on the night, Kill Em’ Charlie and IRIS.
